A seemingly happy marriage begins to unravel when the husband’s faithfulness is called into question, and both spouses find themselves tempted by other desires. Madhavi, a midwife who feels both loved and bored, starts an affair with a local raddiwala after her husband Sudhir continues to neglect her. Madhavi’s self-destructive actions begin to take a toll on both Sudhir and their daughter, Khushi. Unaware of her mother’s affair, Khushi introduces her boyfriend, Avi, to the family. Madhavi openly disapproves of Avi’s presence in Khushi’s life and urges her to end the relationship. However, when Khushi discovers Madhavi’s illicit affair with the raddiwala, her world is turned upside down, and their mother-daughter relationship takes a dark and ominous turn.
